I'm Tim Fogarty, the owner of Signature Property Inspections. I've been a licensed home inspector in the State of Arizona for nearly four years. Before starting SPI, I trained and worked with a network of inspectors. I gained loads of knowledge working alongside my colleagues, who when combined brought more than 50 years of inspection experience. Before beginning my journey as an inspector, I spent nearly 15 years working with business owners at three of the largest insurance companies. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio I graduated from Kent State University in Kent, OH in 2001. I made one of the best decisions of my life by moving to the beautiful state of Arizona in 2009. I've enjoyed just about everything the Valley has to offer since the day I arrived. I look forward to working with the amazing real estate agents, buyers and sellers who reside in AZ, as well as the ones who are making that huge decision to move here just like I did many years ago.

I have been an Arizona licensed Home Inspector since 2017, and I have found that the best part of my job is educating my buyers about their new homes. I believe that this is the most important part of my job -- to ensure that you as a client fully understand all the systems in your home as well as the condition of those systems. With 15 years in the home construction industry, from rough framing to customer cabinets, I have gained the knowledge to assess your new homes systems. Additionally, I have 22 years experience in corporate IT, developing and managing business application software and communicating with end users who did not always understand the technical aspects of the processes but knew what they needed. This experience has taught me how to communicate with my customers in a language that they can understand. I look forward to evaluating your house and helping you understand the systems that make your house your home.
